What to expect

During your first in person acupuncture appointment, I will follow up on how you are feeling, then you'll get comfortable on the heated massage table and I'll will insert very small, thin, single-use, sterile stainless steel needles into specific points on your body to help alleviate pain and promote healing. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to ensure you're comfortable during the treatment. Expect to feel relaxed and rejuvenated after your session.

Bring water, a snack for after and please turn off your phone so you can fully relax.

Did you know?

Approximately  10 to 40 acupuncture needles can fit inside the lumen (hollow opening) of a single standard hypodermic needle. Because they are solid and hair-thin, acupuncture needles are significantly smaller than the hollow needles used for injections or blood draws.
