At this time, we are unable to accept Medicare, Medicaid (Masshealth) or VA benefits for payment—even when Medicare, Masshealth or VA coverage is paired with a secondary insurance provider that we do accept.

We understand that this can be frustrating, and we want everyone to feel included. Our mission is to make treatment as accessible as possible, which is why we offer a community-based treatment option, available to everyone.

 

This is provided at a reduced, self-pay rate to help make care more affordable while still maintaining a high standard of support. Our community-style approach allows us to lower costs and continue offering meaningful treatment to individuals who might otherwise have limited options.

Treatment is provided in a shared space with two comfortable recliner chairs. Appointments are 30 minutes in length and are limited to acupuncture services only.

Pricing is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis, using a sliding scale of $25–$40 per session to help keep care affordable. In other words, the cost is flexible: you pay what you can afford using the sliding scale for reference. On your first visit, there is just a $10 addition to cover the intake and evaluation process.

Appointments for this service are available once weekly within a 3–4 hour time window.

Proof of insurance is required before this treatment can begin. If you do not provide documentation of active Medicare, MassHealth, or Veterans insurance coverage, you will not be eligible for community-based services. This policy helps ensure that these limited services remain available to individuals who truly need them and are enrolled in these health plans.
