At the moment, we can only bill to the following health plans, and only when it is the primary Insurance on file:

Blue Cross Blue Shield
Blue Benefit Administrators of MA
BCBS Federal Employee
Cigna
Mass General Brigham Health Plan
Aetna

It is recommended that you check your plan to be sure acupuncture is a covered service before booking your appointment. Not all plans offer acupuncture benefits.

We are not contracted with Medicaid, Medicare, or VA Benefit insurance.

Two Options to Submit Your Insurance Information

Option 1: Secure Submission

Go to booking page

Click Sign In or Sign Up in the top right corner
Create a new account
Save your login credentials, so you can log in again at a later time
Send us a text or email and let us know you've made an account
We will upload a short insurance form for you to complete
You'll be notified by email that you have forms to complete
Let us know when you're finished
We will run an insurance benefit check and get back to you with all of your acupuncture related benefit information
