Insurance

At the moment, we can only bill to the following health plans, and only when it is the Primary Insurance on file. 

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Blue Benefit Administrators of MA

  • Cigna

  • Mass General Brigham Health Plan

It is recommended that you check your plan to be sure acupuncture is a covered service before booking your appointment. Not all plans offer acupuncture benefits.

We are not contracted with Medicaid, Medicare, or VA Benefit insurance. There is a different and more affordable option for these members.

Two Options to Submit Your Insurance Information​

Option 1: Secure Submission

  • Go to booking page

  • Click Sign In or Sign Up in the top right corner

  • Create a new account

  • Save your login credentials, so you can log in again at a later time

  • Send us a text or email and let us know you've made an account

  • We will upload a short  insurance form for you to complete

  • You'll be notified by email that you have forms to complete

  • Let us know when you're finished 

  • We will run an insurance benefit check and get back to you with all of your acupuncture related benefit information​
