A note from Victoria
"I take a holistic, whole-body approach to my practice. I view the body as a well-oiled machine. There are multiple parts doing their specific jobs, yet they all rely on each other to function properly for optimal performance. When there is internal dysfunction, the body starts to operate differently. By extensive evaluation, observation and the knowledge I've gained through my education and my practice, I will work diligently to help restore balance of your body, mind and spirit. My expectation is that you make an effort to play an active role in your own wellness, and my goal is to improve your quality of life. "
