Healing Without Fear: A Session for Needle-Phobic Individuals

The term Trypanophobia, is the medical term used to describe an intense fear of needles, especially in medical settings, though it can also involve general needle aversion. If you're here, you probably already know that, and we have a service that is designed specifically for you.

Coast

1-hr Adaptive Treatment Session

For patients who are sensitive to or fearful of needles, acupuncture doesn’t have to be an all-or-nothing experience. We offer a range of gentle, effective alternatives designed to support healing while prioritizing comfort and emotional safety. These may include acupressure, the use of non-insertive tools, magnets, stimulation using ear seeds and press balls, cupping, gua sha, shiatsu massage, tuina, red light, reiki, breathwork, and guided relaxation.

Sessions are always paced collaboratively, with clear communication and consent at every step. Our goal is to create a calm, empowering environment where patients can receive meaningful care—without pushing past their boundaries.
